If we become aware that you are 13 years old or younger and you have not obtained such permission, we will remove your personal information from our records. Skillway, LLC may use trusted third parties to assist in the delivery, provision, analysis, and improvement of Skillway services including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, analytics, payment processing, Customer Relationship Management services/systems and improvement to the Service features. Skillway, LLC is not liable for the quality or accuracy of any onward transfer of information.
We reserve the right to use the name and/or logo of the company you work for in publicity material, advertising or marketing collateral unless you specifically tell us otherwise. Your name, address details, and all other personal information will remain confidential at all times.

You understand that by accepting an invitation into the Website, those who are in the groups with you will be able to identify you by your Partner Portal profile. You may view, change, or remove your profile information displayed at any time by going to your profile and editing your information in your Account Settings. Any personal data that you upload or otherwise share in your Private group will only be accessible by your coach and those employees needed to have access for system administration or functions necessary to carry out your agreement with Skillway.

If you want to stop using your account, You may deactivate it. When you deactivate an account, you will not be able to use our Website or Service, and your information will not be capable of being viewed through our sites. After you deactivate your account, copies of your information including (but not limited to) name and email address may be retained by us as backup copies for legal and compliance reasons, unless you state otherwise.
