Rachel spent her early career in the advertising and automotive industries, but found the insurance industry’s relationship-based approach to selling was a better fit. In ten years at Allstate, Rachel rose to Field Sales Leader, and was responsible for managing and coaching agency owners across the state of Tennessee, as well as recruiting and training new agents. With an eye for fresh approaches, she implemented new revenue strategies and sales tactics that helped her region reach new heights, adding millions in additional annual revenue while increasing client satisfaction scores.
In addition to her success in sales and recruiting, Rachel has served as a Marketing Consultant and Client Experience Specialist—it’s this well-rounded business experience that makes her ideally suited to coach salespeople and sales leaders to new heights.
As a parent of young children, Rachel understands the challenge of balancing personal goals with sales achievement. Rachel is a Nashville native and has a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology and Exercise Science) from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. When she’s not coaching, she loves to travel—especially if there’s a beach involved. Rachel lives in Franklin (just south of Nashville) with her husband, Bradford, and their two sons, Grayson and Baker.
